1. Boutique Service Agreement
By commissioning Flawless Finish (operating as Ceramic Pro Ajax c/o Flawless Finish) for automotive or furniture restoration, you agree to the artisanal nature of our services. We operate on a bespoke, appointment-only basis to ensure undivided attention to every detail.
2. Estimates and Final Pricing
Variable Factors: Final pricing for Car Detailing Ajax and Paint Correction is subject to change based on the vehicle’s size and actual paint condition upon arrival.
MSRP Compliance: All Ceramic Pro and Kavaca pricing follows firm North American MSRP standards; we do not offer discounts that compromise brand integrity.
Paint Correction Fees: Please note that paint correction is a separate, preparatory artisanal service and is not included in base coating packages unless explicitly stated.
3. Professional Standards & Certification
As an IDA-Certified Master Detailer, all work is performed in-house at our Ajax studio. We do not subcontract or hire out labor, ensuring your vehicle is handled exclusively by a certified expert.
4. Warranty & Carfax Reporting
Lifetime Warranty: To maintain Ceramic Pro or Kavaca warranties, clients must follow the recommended care guidelines provided at the time of service.
Registration: We register all permanent installations with Carfax, providing an official record that can increase your vehicle’s resale value.
Annual Inspections: Continued warranty validity may require a boutique annual inspection at our studio to ensure the coating’s performance remains optimal.
5. Client Responsibilities & Care
Preparation: Clients are requested to remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to an interior restoration or Leather Repair Durham service.
Aftercare: Improper maintenance, such as using abrasive automatic car washes, may void your protective coating or film warranty.
6. Liability
Flawless Finish is fully insured; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing mechanical issues, interior electrical failures, or damage resulting from undisclosed prior repaints or structural defects.
